Date and time?

Perhaps we should talk on msn, then it's much easier to discuss.´.?

The deadline was already extended by a week once... to a total of two weeks to get the match(es) arranged and played.

Well, we're trieing to play the match today evening but the whole thing is still very insecure -.-

... hopin' we'll get enough players. I've 2 members around but they're very busy with their exam preparations.
... maybe there will be some unexpected problems later that day -.-

Hey. This message is directed to Soren and all Gais members.

We currently have a problem since you know we're only 3 members on the tournament list. We've had Inexorable/Galrath in our clan for a long time and for instance; If we play the war tonight after 10 pm, we cannot use Bullfrog since he is away.

Wouldn't it be fair enough if we added Inexorable to the memberlist? We wouldn't use Gore, Sphere, Loopy etc. since they're not longer a part of ioe. So why not delete those players and add the members we got now?

Otherwise, let's try to play it before 7 pm.

I'm perfectly fine with using Inexorable if this means you guys can find together and play the war(s).

Hmm, they have to win two wars, while we only have to win one, right?

And if that's the case, is these two wars played at the exact same time, or is one war before the other? So if Gaisce beats us on the first war, do they get to decide to steal our map, or will the same maps be played during the next one?

Correct.

Uhh... to be honest, I hadn't even thought about that until now... but hmm, let's see...

The wars are all to be played in the same round, the final round, so yeah... they are played at the same time.

Also, if you decide to use Fentox as your home map in the first war, you'll have to use Hildir in the second war... and vice versa. Should the round result in a third war, you're back to using Fentox (unless it was conquered by Gaiscedach)... or one of the free wilderness maps below.

Should a horde lose control over all their home maps, they can use either of these as their wilderness home map: Bothvar, Hudson and Misbegotten.

The war has been played. It was a damn tough and close game. Those Gais guys surely know how to pull a serious war off!

Btw. This shouldn't be the last time you make such a tournament. It was nice and you should definately make one again some time :). Perhaps it is possible to extend the system so that there will be more clans or perhaps invent a new system to do so?
